Responsibilities :
- Developing new contracts and proposals, including drafting and amending terms and conditions.
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Making necessary explanations of important terms to ensure that all parties fully understand the contract.
- Advising on and assisting with negotiation of contracts.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records of contract terms, including payment schedules, change orders, and other modifications.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of any changes or issues that may impact the project.
- Providing guidance on contract administration procedures to maintain consistent best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word & Excel.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
