Talented Contract Administrator required to join a family-owned commercial plumbing company based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Specialising in predominately commercial construction projects across the Tier 2 & Tier 3 sectors our client covers all aspects of commercial and industrial plumbing from initial civil works through to hydraulic & mechanical installations, sanitary and Fire Services. With over 4 decades of experience they have built an enviable reputation as the go to provider for commercial and industrial plumbing services, delivering excellence in every aspect of their work.
In this role, you'll predominantly be office based, working closely with a small dynamic team, your main responsibilities will be tackling all aspects of general CA works, Take-offs, Variations, RFI's and Progress claims, etc, however being a small team you will also be involved with some estimating and other administrative tasks while maintaining a close relationship with the project manager. Our client is seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence preferably with knowledge of the plumbing industry.
