Position: Contract Administrator | Project Manager 

Location: Various sites around Melbourne's CBD

Job Type: Full time

Starting Time: ASAP

Annual Salary: $127,000 - $135,000 Plus Super & Fuel Card

Main Duties 

• Project management of works on multi story buildings.
• Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc.
• Preparing work programmes.
• Ability to run projects from start to finish.
• Scheduling.
• Negotiating contract variations.
• Attending any issues that may arise during construction.
• Liaising with clients, contractors / suppliers.
• Review and interpret scope of work documents
• Dealing with builders and trades
• Checking timesheets
• Delivering timely and accurate project budgets.

ESSENTIAL

• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
• Understand project management methodologies.
• Experience within the Stone / tiling industry.
• Extensive experience on commercial projects.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects.
• Extensive experience in programming of works.
• Ability to lead teams and manage business relationships.
• Highly developed ability to manage contract documentation including variations and construction programs.
• Experience in analysing and reporting on project costs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience using EasyBuild, Cost X & bluebeam
