Contracts Administrator

Opportunity with a commercial builder based in south west Sydney to develop into Project Managem

Our client is a commercial building company specialising in government, health and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Assist the Project Manager across several new build commercial projects valued to $30mil
• Assist in the procurement of materials and trades to job sites.
• Professionally communicate with trades and management.
• Document control
• Work closely with Site Supervisor and subcontractors and coordinate onsite works
• Reporting to the project manager

Role Requirements:

• A tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable
• Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Minimum 3 years of experience
