My client has expanding their team on the Central Coast & in Newcastle and is highly focused on creating a great working environment for their team and offer a support structure needed to achieve successful project delivery.
Your new role
Due to continual growth, they require a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis and are able to offer a divide of Work From Home and In Office days. Within this role, a few responsibilities include:
- Prepare all subcontractor scopes of work
- Obtain subcontractor pricing for projects
- Conduct pricing analysis
- Provide subcontractor recommendations
- Prepare all contract documents for execution, and execute works
- Assess subcontractor progress claims
- Prepare payment schedules
- Management of ITP's, RFI's and EOT's
- Management of variation claims
- Ensure that the construction program is progressing as per schedule
- Inspection of all works
- Ensure that all on-site safety standards are maintained
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications & experience delivering commercial building projects
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Relevant software experience with Jobpac & Procore
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive "can do" attitude and providing exemplary customer service
