Due to increased growth, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The Role:
- Project cost control
- Supplier invoice review, project cost tracking and project analysis
- Award and administer contracts for the supply of materials and equipment as well as subcontracted works
- Maintain and update variation registers and provide updates as required.
- Review technical and contractual documentation.
- Prepare documentation and administer claims including maintaining records for delays, extensions of time and variations in line with contractual requirements
- Project forecasting & cost reporting to Management
- Project document control
To be considered for this role you will need to display the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
- Degree qualified; Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management), Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferred
- Onsite experience preferred
- JobPac Software experience preferred
- Understanding of commercial and industrial building requirements and processes
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- A positive and driven personality
- Strong communication skills
