Contracts Administrator-Attractive Package- Projects Up To Circa $25M

We are currently recruiting for an experienced contracts administrators to join a busy commercial builder who specialize within education projects from $2-$25m.

Our client has been established for over 10 years with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the team to deliver projects to a high standard
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage monthly cost forecasts and sub-contractor payments
• Process variations, progress claims, and RFIs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a contracts administrator role
• Degree qualification in construction management or a related discipline
• Experience working within commercial new build/refurbishments
• Experience working in the Australian market
