Opportunity 
As the current person in this role is taking a side step in their career, there is an opportunity to come in and work alongside an experienced Project Manager as a Contracts Administrator on a set of ultra high-end apartments in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. 
This role can offer so much more to a proactive candidate with you being able to be involved with every aspect of construction including - tendering, bid coordinator, contracts administration, WHS ETC, As well as being exposed to the developer side of construction

My client are open to the work background of the right applicant as long as they have a sharp eye for detail, passion for architecture and experience within a Contracts Administrator role

Duties 
You would be essentially would be a key part of the team responsible for the going financials of the project

Responsibilities including :

• Manage all costs and contractual matters.
• Ensure project costs, revenues claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
• Initiate, review, analyse the plan and administer the closing of contracts.
• Liaise and effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
