A Contracts Administrator is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to work a $10 million mix use commercial construction project, due to commence in March.
The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial, education and age care projects from $5 million to $20 million
• Working on a $10 million mix use commercial new build project.
• $120K - 130k package
• Career progression into project management or commercial management offered, with a structured development plan
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Northern Sydney office based

The Company:

• An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder
• T/0 $150 million
• Reporting to an office based Project Manager
• Focus on age care, education and commercial fit out/ refurb/ new build projects in the $5 - 20 million range
• Established client base
• 60 + staff in the business

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous contracts administration experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• 3 years minimum post graduate experience sought with a Tier 2 Builder
• Jobpac and Procure or Aconex experience preferred, but training offered
• Experience on construction projects over $5 million
• A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills
• Experience with scope of works and authority to let
• Technology focused and keen to embrace innovation
