The Contracts Administrator will take ownership of the following:
Contracts and Commerical management:
- Produce accurate and timely documentation for management and insurers.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts in the insurance and related sectors as well as building and growing new relationships.
- Manage profitability of jobs
- Manage profitability of larger projects with the Project Manager to achieve the budgets and returns required.
- Manage resources across the business (vehicles, stock, equipment) to support the operational team in providing excellence in technical performance and customer service.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s procedures and objectives.
The right person will have an enthusiastic, people focused and process driven approach with the following demonstrated skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Understanding and appreciation of the financial implications of decisions and their impact to the business
- Strong competency in all Microsoft Office applications and web/cloud-based systems and portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Strong attention to detail while managing high volume
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven ability to design effective processes and reporting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Be highly motivated to achieve good results.
- Management/Operational background with exposure to the building or restoration sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to design effective processes and reporting.
