Your new role
As the new Service Coordinator, your new position will include duties such as:
- Manage and maintain the different systems by capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the various clients.
- Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
- Prepare and review all invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval.
- Respond to the reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Manage the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs & client expectations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working with Maintenance Management or Scheduling. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
