About the role
Based in Melbourne, the Contracts Manager will need to be confident independently managing the complexities of claims both upstream to clients and downstream with difficult subcontractors.
It is crucial this person has experience in Milestone claims, Variations, Extensions of Time and Delay Costs.
Duties
- Manage the contractual/commercial interface with the EPC contractor
- Claims management and advisory
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Liaise with local and international internal stake holders - development team, sales, technical, EPC delivery, O&M
- Undertake commercial negotiations and market analysis
- Tertiary qualification within relevant engineering or commercial discipline
- Renewable Energy experience highly regarded
- Up & Down stream contracts experience
- Proven track record in contract management
- Experience working within large EPC infrastructure projects
- Commercial and technical acumen
- Passionate about Australia's renewable energy future
