Here are the key qualifications for this role:

• Possession of a relevant degree in a building-related field
• Extensive experience in contract management within the realm of high-end, high-profile construction, refurbishment, and fitout projects
• Strong focus on quality and adeptness in risk assessment
• Demonstrated track record of longevity with previous employers and outstanding references

Additionally, we seek the following attributes:

• Proficiency in contract and construction law, along with a solid grasp of statutory and legal obligations in building design and construction
• Versatility across various project types, including Design and Construct contracts, Construct Only contracts, and construction management contracts utilizing (amended) Standard Form Contracts
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment of goals among diverse stakeholders
• Effective communication abilities, coupled with the knack for influencing others
• Superior organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring meticulous oversight of deadlines, deliverables, and contractual aspects.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary in line with the market and experience.
