About your new role
This is a 3 month contract role to go permanent and as the Shed Coordinator, you will be part of the motor vehicle team in the Moorebank office.

• Triage vehicles upon arrival and check them into the systems
• Meet and greet tow truck drivers and control the flow of drop offs and collections
• Vehicle inspection and monitoring
• updating the systems of incoming/outgoing vehicles
• register key tags in the system
• Admin ad hoc work

About you

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service and administration - ideally in claims management
