Coordinator Asset Data and Systems
Things We’ll Trust You With:
- Coordinating the delivery of Council's ongoing data collection programs for Transport, Parks and Open Spaces, Water and Building Infrastructure.
- Leading and mentoring a team that provide a range of services relating to the collection and management of Asset Data.
- Maintaining Council's document management system and keeping appropriate working documents including collaboration platforms.
Things You’ll Do:
- Reviewing, developing and implementing the process for enhancing asset maturity and improvement management
- Undertake asset valuations, revaluations, set up new assets, capitalisation, update conditions, useful lives, manage the integrity of the asset register.
- provide expert advice on matters related to the services of the team, and report both internally and externally on the state of our network and Systems.

The Fine Print:

- Package: $109,977 - $121,604 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- Hours of work: Permanent full-time position (35 hours) with an option of a 19-day month
