Coordinator Asset Data And Systems

• Coordinating the delivery of Council's ongoing data collection programs for Transport, Parks and Open Spaces, Water and Building Infrastructure.
• Leading and mentoring a team that provide a range of services relating to the collection and management of Asset Data.
• Maintaining Council's document management system and keeping appropriate working documents including collaboration platforms.

Things You’ll Do:

• Reviewing, developing and implementing the process for enhancing asset maturity and improvement management
• Undertake asset valuations, revaluations, set up new assets, capitalisation, update conditions, useful lives, manage the integrity of the asset register.
• provide expert advice on matters related to the services of the team, and report both internally and externally on the state of our network and Systems.

The Fine Print:

• Package:  $109,977 - $121,604 gross p.a. plus superannuation
• Hours of work: Permanent full-time position (35 hours) with an option of a 19-day month
