Address3 month assignment in Local GovYour new company Hays Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a small and vibrant Local Government just 10 minutes from Fremantle. This is a 3 month placement with possibility of extension. Your new role Reporting to the Manager Engineering Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing contractors on buildings and other works.
Your primary responsibilities will be: Solving issues related to the maintenance and operations of Council buildings and assets Supervising and instructing contractors in relation to building maintenance / conservation Displaying safe works practices and ensuring compliance to all OHS and Road Safety requirements Managing budget for all aspects of restoration works Carrying out other duties specified by the Manager Engineering Services What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need: Demonstrated experience in contract management and administration, and project management
