ABOUT THE ROLE
The Coordinator HR Information, supports business areas within the HR Directorate to maintain, manage and improve HR information and record keeping practices. Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Directorate's electronic document and file management, classification and record indexing services and quality assure the accuracy of document imaging and associated workflows. It is responsible for the secure repository and life cycle management of HR records and documents within the Directorate in accordance Departmental policy.

- A statement no more than 2 pages, addressing the following Job Related Requirements.
Please provide examples to support your claims.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising a team to deliver services and achieve Branch and Departmental outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems; including the ability to analyse client or Department needs, propose appropriate options and solutions, and/or escalate issues for resolution where required.
- Demonstrated experience in life cycle management of Human Resources records and documents.
