PIC have an opportunity for a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our company and assist in the success of our ongoing projects to ensure employees a smooth transition to site and our workshop.
You will work closely with Site Management and Workshop Leaders to understand and deliver the needs of our clients and contractors promptly. Ensuring that turnaround times are met whilst maintaining an exceptional level of detail and customer service.
This role is ideal for a detailed focus individual with excellent communication skills. Someone who thrives in a busy environment, juggling multiple tasks and building strong relationships every day.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Recruitment and working closely with site management and workshop leaders across multiple client requirements to select and commence high quality candidates (including screening, reference checking, interviewing, booking medicals, inductions and on-boarding processes).
- Mobilisation and Coordination of crew and resources to various site based and metro project sites, in accordance with the client requirements.
- Ensuring all compliance is completed before mobilisation to site.
- Maintain a database of candidates and employees.
- Provide updates and reports on recruitment activity.
- An understanding of relevant employment legislation, with the ability to interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:
- Previous recruitment experience preferably for blue collar roles in the fabrication, mining, and/or construction industries.
- Prior experience with mobilising personnel to remote sites.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Well developed relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results driven attitude.
