We currently have an exciting opportunity for a capable, service driven Production Coordinator to join our team based in Canning Vale, Perth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in the leadership and management of all activities within the production operations and driving improvement and efficiencies ensuring all inventory, customer, maintenance, quality, and other reporting requirements are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Coordination of all production staff activities and rostering.
- Liaison between internal stakeholders and personnel.
- Complete the required quality & certification reporting.
- Maintaining delivery time slots with customers.
- Maintaining good relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- General administration duties.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with Company safety policies and procedures and the appropriate National Safety regulations.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced production role.
- Warehouse administration or fresh produce experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Intermediate to advanced Systems and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Early morning (5.30am) start & weekend shifts required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to continuously improve processes.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
