We currently have an excellent opportunity for an inspiring, experienced hospitality professional as part of our leadership team with one of our leading Corporate Clients EY. This role requires someone with energy, drive and commitment. We are looking for an operational leader to support the Hospitality Experience Manager with the implementation of significant operational change which will take our teams to the next level.

About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

  • You know how to create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact.
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it’s part of your DNA.
  • You have proven leadership credentials including the ability to support and engage your teams, drive positive change and lead from the front – your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support.
  • You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure.
  • You’ve got a passion for service delivery – you can see around corners and teach your teams to do the same.
  • You’re willing to take risks, open to learning new skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams actions – your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself on always challenging the status quo.
  • You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity.
  • You have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or within a 5-star hotel.
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft office products and POS based systems.
  • You are proficient in the use of Event Management or front office based systems.
  • You are willing to take direction and open to learning new skills.
  • You are solutions orientated and pride yourself on problem solving constructively & creatively
