About the role
You’ll be the welcoming face of a luxury brand providing fantastic first impression. You will join the front line reception team fielding calls and emails, and meeting and greeting valuable clients. Ability to provide exceptional administration support to the wider team and working closely with the other Receptionist is a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the front of house reception area including greeting clients, answering calls, responding to email enquiries and managing meeting rooms
General office organisation; meeting room and kitchen setup, overseeing office supplies and distributing mail and deliveries
Organisation of in-house events and functions, booking flights and conference attendances
Maintaining the internal staff training register
Providing general administration support as required.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional customer service attitude
Previous reception experience in a corporate environment
A confident team player with the ability to also work autonomously
Keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
