The Position
An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and service oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing organisation.
The position of Corporate Receptionist/Business Support will primarily provide front of house support for the firm, while supporting all Business Units in an administration capacity as required. This role will include office management functions and on demand support for the Executive office.
- Greeting all guests to the office and answering all incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining database integrity, data entry and upkeep of client and candidate databases
- Assisting in scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Property and facilities management assistance
- General office management functions relating to safety and technical support for office activities.
- Management of office supplies and amenities
- Assisting with function and event preparation
You will be well organised, detail-oriented, a flexible and fast learner and an enthusiastic team-player. You will be someone who can multi-task, remain calm under pressure and show initiative when required. You will be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior people. You will be able to bring a sense of urgency and a 'can-do' attitude to this opportunity. Demonstrating a curious mindset, you will embrace technology in all its forms and possess strong MS Office skills (basic Excel and PowerPoint is sufficient). A demonstrated focus on high quality service delivery is essential, combined with the ability to prioritise and work to meet deadlines.
The position is centrally located on St Kilda Road at the Future Leadership office and operates onsite Monday to Friday.
