Be the welcoming face of this boutique firm in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you'll be involved in meeting & greeting clients coming into the office as well as supportive with general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors, managing meeting room availability.
- Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Create and maintain new file matters and client cards.
- Conduct conflict checks.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in drafting basic documents and correspondence as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain and organise office equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a client-facing, receptionist, or administration role.
- Ability to work independently when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook with accurate typing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar.
