Job description
On behalf of our client MediMind, we are looking for a full-time experienced Corporate Services Manager.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
•Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute bi-monthly business development plans, taking into account administrative, financial, and staff resources – and monitoring progress of any ongoing projects associated with these plans to ensure key milestones are achieved.
•Formulating annual budget to align with business development requirements and overseeing expenditures to ensure prudent financial management throughout ongoing operations.
•Managing and overseeing the prudent utilisation of the business’ fixed assets.
•Collaborating with external accountants to ensure the business’ tax obligations are met, and ensure timely submissions of BAS reports.
•Collaborating with senior management to formulate agendas for internal and external meetings, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making among key stakeholders.
•Representing the company at meetings with potential external stakeholders and partners, and proactively identifying, engaging, and establishing business relations in line with the company's strategic development plans.
•Conduct contract negotiations with external service providers to ensure terms align with the company's interests and strategic objectives.
•Manage and implement processes to ensure accuracy and security of information in relation to company documents, work reports, and weekly briefings.
•Parallel to the growth of the business, monitor and analyse for any issues relating to operational processes and/or resourcing, prepare recommendations and guidelines for implementation by business support team.
•Develop and implement processes and guidelines around the appropriate internal and external dissemination of information, to protect the company's sensitive data and intellectual property.
•Implement post-meeting systems and guidelines to ensure all participants have access to key information and decisions.
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

•2+ years of industry experience as a Corporate Service Manager
•Excellent critical thinking, Judgement and decision making and operations analysis

•Intuitive, proactive and open communicator
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base plus super.
