About YMCA of Bundaberg
The YMCA of Bundaberg Inc was established in 1988. In addition to the traditional offerings of Childcare and Fitness the YMCA of Bundaberg provides NDIS Support Services, Disability Resources Centre, Youth and Seniors programs within our Community.
Support our services by providing accurate Data Entry tasks in our friendly Corporate Services Team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Play a key role in supporting the Corporate Services Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to our – Childcare, Fitness Centres, Disability Resource Centre, NDIS Service, Seniors Services, Youth Services.
- Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Reviewing data for discrepancies or errors.
- You will be working with technical information, and you will need excel experience.
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, printing, binding, emails and archiving etc.
Safeguarding Children and Young People
YMCA, including Boards of Directors, is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding Children and Young People framework. YMCA requires that all applicants undergo satisfactory screening prior to commencement, including but not limited to:
- holding a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Card
- an international criminal history check where applicants have worked overseas;
- holding a Working with Children Clearance/ equivalent in accordance with state/ territory laws;
- Three reference checks.
