About the role The Councillor Support Officer is responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support to elected Council members while maintaining confidentiality. Duties include preparing invitations, updating portals, and handling urgent or sensitive issues.

Additionally, handle service requests, conduct research, and assist with internal audits. Support the Audit Risk & Improvement Committee and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements. You can also expect to: Be responsible for preparing all required Councillor invitations and updating the Councillor Portal as required.
