We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Credit Controller to join our dynamic Finance team based at the Company's Head Office in Silverwater, New South Wales.
About the Role
If you are looking for a role that offers you autonomy and enormous scope this could be the opportunity you've been looking for, including:
- Maintain a ledger of Credit Ledger
- Ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue invoices
- Allocating debtor payment receipts
- Logging, Coding and Processing of Promotional Claims
- Validation/Rejection of Stock & Pricing Claims
- Query resolution
- Opening of new accounts
- Monthly credit reporting to line manager on Credit Ledger
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
- Undertaking other projects and duties as required
To be considered for this key position, you must have
- Outstanding experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a FMCG corporate environment
- High level of customer service and professional telephone manner
- Excellent analytical and account reconciliation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Exceptional ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office
- Fast key board skills
- A stable career history showing progression and personal growth
