An opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our team in credit control at our Bidfood Brisbane branch at Morningside.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the collections on active accounts, to achieve individual and team KPI’s in customer account management. Training on in-house systems will be provided along with on-site car parking.
Duties:
- Reduction of outstanding debtors on a timely basis whilst maintaining our customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- High volume phone collections
- Enforcing internal policies relating to the credit hold process
- Weekly/Ad Hoc reporting as required
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well supported by an engaging, professional, manner.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a great attitude
- Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
- High attention to detail with superior numeracy
- QLD Police Clearance Certificate
- Ability to effectively work within a team environment
- Previous food industry experience preferred, but not essential
