About Your Future Role!
We are excited to introduce another Credit Officerto our team at Strathpine, due to internal promotion we have a vacancy to fill with an innovative, outgoing, and experienced Credit Officer.
In this role, you will be confident in all areas of credit management, risk management, and collections. Naturally, you will have great attention to detail and confidence using multiple platforms for recording information.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their role and can contribute at a high level. You will need excellent internal and external key stakeholder management skills, you will have direct communication with our customers to ensure they pay within the terms of the agreement and to screen any new clients to ensure we are not at risk of zero payment.
Skills and Experience
• Confident in using PPSR to review new clients
• Experience in analysing data, reporting, processing, and admin
• Strong understanding of client security screening
• Demonstrated ability to achieve set targets
• Previous use of JDE or other CRM systems
• Strong in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Expert skills in persuasive negotiations to get the best company outcomes
• You will come with excellent time management
