The Opportunity
As part of the Settlements & Customer Operations Division of La Trobe Financial, your primary responsibility will be to support Credit Analysts in the assessment, recommendation, submission and timeline management of Residential/Investment and Commercial Loan Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry of new loan applications in to a CRM (loan processing) System ensuring excellent accuracy
- Conducting Credit checks via equifax
- Ordering property Valuations
- Preparing loan offer documentation in accordance with La Trobe Financials company policy and procedures
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to inbound emails and telephone enquiries from both clients and internal stakeholders
- Other administrative duties as required
About you
- Demonstrates superior customer service
- AML/CTF experience would be advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure all deadlines and responsibilities are met
- Excellent telephone manner; patience, listening skills and ownership of the call is essential
- Attention to detail with an ability to grasp new concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office suite experience
- High Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
