Role would ideally suit university students, or recent graduates with a 3-5 day availability during Monday - Friday.

What is the role?

As our Customer ServiceCall Consultant, you are part of a team who conducts outbound calls to clients within the automotive industry. We have a variety of marketing campaigns, so your calls may be around satisfaction, retention, prospecting, or general follow ups. 

You will also be responsible for:

• Gauging customer satisfaction and investigation any customer complaints and assisting with a resolution
• Assisting clients with retaining customers using our CRM call solutions
• Performing sales calls, administrative duties, and data entry
• Assisting other departments where needed

What are we looking for?

This role would suit a motivated and Customer Service focused individual currently undertaking tertiary studies, or a recent graduate. Prior experience in Customer Service in retail, hospitality, business or other industries is required.
