Purpose of the role As the Senior Marketing and Campaign Specialist, your will be to drive the coordination, execution, and evaluation of strategic marketing communications campaigns for Newcastle Permanent and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation. By working closely with internal stakeholders and external creative and media agencies, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. Your strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to navigate various media channels will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts and further strengthen our brand presence in the market. Demonstrated experience working with creative, digital, and/or media agencies, showcasing your ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with external partnersStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and ideas to internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to effectively prioritise and deliver multiple tasks on time and within budget, showcasing excellent project management skillsIn-depth understanding of the changing media landscape and marketing trends, allowing you to provide valuable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisationResults-driven marketing mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights and/ or a keen eye for creativity and attention to detail, enabling you to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences What will your key responsibilities include? Execute strategic marketing campaigns to build the Newcastle Permanent and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation brands and achieve organisational goalsCollaborate with stakeholders and media agencies to book and deliver cost-effective strategic campaigns in line with the approved marketing planCollaborate with specialist teams to design, test and evolve customer acquisition and retention tacticsCoordinate the production and distribution of paid media assets, ensuring proper briefing, approvals, and timely deliveryIdentify the most effective media mix, including performance marketing, to effectively convey campaign messaging to target audiencesAnalyse campaign data and insights to ensure best media spend, optimise future campaigns and drive continuous improvement What can you expect from us?
