The Role- Donor Campaigns Specialist
Reporting to the Annual Giving and Campaigns Manager, the Donor Campaigns Specialist is responsible for supporting a vibrant annual fundraising program, including direct marketing, digital marketing and campaign management. Working collaboratively with an engaging and supportive manager, you will assist in developing and executing their Annual Giving and Campaigns Program strategy. This role will see you create compelling content for fundraising campaigns and regular giving stewardship. To be successful you will be a confident and creative writer, have a keen eye for design, be tech savvy and have strong project coordination skills. As the Donor Campaigns Specialist, you will work across the team and with multiple stakeholders therefore the ability to build rapport and relationships is imperative.
Responsibilities:
Drive, source and create engaging content that increases donor acquisition and supports donor stewardship
Oversee design projects and website design utilising the wider COBLH team’s resources
Develop motivating content for digital, direct mail, SMS and social media across multiple platforms
Define target audiences, segments and communication mediums based on analytical information
Your Skills & Attributes
Demonstrated experience in a hands on Direct Marketing/ Copywriting/ Marketing campaign or fundraising communications role – NFP experience highly regarded
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders that promote collaboration and effective teamwork
High attention to detail and a creative eye for design
Confident with Canva and video editing tools
Ability to work autonomously and proactive in your approach to your role
Strong project management / coordination skills
