Responsible for the successful execution and follow up of a diverse range of customer retention and continuity campaigns for Audika. This includes day to day CRM campaign management and reporting. The CRM Campaign Specialist will carry out innovative and sometimes complex projects to their completion and monitor and analyse results data to make recommendations for the future.
Responsibilities:Microsoft CRM Super User: The CRM Campaign Specialist will act as a Microsoft CRM super user. This will include understanding system functions and driving the use of what CRM delivers e.g. campaign automation, campaign templates and having a keen understanding of customer data and client segmentation opportunities.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Responsible for a diverse range of customer continuity and retention campaigns and initiatives from end to end. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes, implementation and results monitoring.
Campaign Optimisation: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, CRM to determine the optimal marketing campaign mix through channel performance tracking and reporting for continuous improvement. Identify new lead nurturing and retention opportunities and improvements to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives such as migration from direct mail to lower cost mediums of email, SMS and social media retargeting. Support the analysis the customer journey to identify gaps and opportunities for maximising commercial opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of best practice campaign initiatives with a strong focus on conversion.
Customer Focus: Working with the wider Marketing team, Contact Centre and Retail operations to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer retention and lifetime value. Contribute to the development and evolution of customer segments and profiles and apply across all CRM activities.
Skills and Abilities- Direct Marketing, Lead Generation and CRM strategy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
- Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities with the ability to turn numbers and insights into actions
- Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations and decisions
- Digital marketing automation with a focus on lead to sale conversion
- Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Communications or Commerce) - Desired
- Graduate Diploma/Masters in Marketing - Desired
- Marketing experience including developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong direct response marketing experience in an environment generating leads for a retail network
- Experience in marketing to an older demographic
- Experience in fostering external relationships
- Experience with customer relationship management system
