The Role:
- $90K - $120K Base Salary + Super
- Hybrid work, Sydney office and WFH
The CRM Specialist will join a digital team of 6, that is focusing on providing the best possible experience to our customers across Australia. You'll be responsible for planning and executing our loyalty marketing campaigns, aimed at engaging customers and creating a strong brand rapport.
You'll work cross-functionally, with the digital media and e-commerce teams, to ensure consistent messaging that shows our brand personality.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have...
- Proven experience in a loyalty marketing role, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment
- The ability to work with multiple different teams to plan cohesive campaigns across various channels
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting. No need to be an expert here, but if you understand GA and dashboards that's a huge bonus
