We now have the opportunity to increase our Sales Management team as a result of strong performance and growth and have an exciting opportunity for a high performing Sales person who is looking to progress in their Sales career path.
The person reports directly to the State Manager in our Sydney Branch.
This key position will include all facets of Account (Sales) Management across our markets with a very high focus on New Product & Market establishment.
To be successful in this important role you will need to possess the following –
- Ability to introduce and secure business on New Products to existing and new customers
- Develop and maintain external strategic relationships with customer accounts to foster growth
- A history of achieving sales and profit margin targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal team to achieve common goals
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with hunger to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow up and ‘close the sale’ in a timely manner
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Comfortable using sales tools, CRM software & other relevant technologies
