As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, friendly, and passionate administration professional to assist our close-knit Customer Service team. The successful candidate will need to possess exceptional administration and organisation skills, be customer focused and have a genuine passion for skin and beauty.
This is an important customer centric role, responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Customer Service team to ensure customers’ needs are met with professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Develop and enhance current administration processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless Customer Experience.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the beauty and skin industry.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Synergie Skin’s products and services.
What you need:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities is a must have.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Previous experience or familiarity with NetSuite (ERP software) is desirable
- A passion for the beauty and skin industry is a must!
