The role

We have an exciting, full time opportunity for a Workplace & Customer Experience Coordinatorto manage all front-of-house requirements for our team at Melbourne Central Tower.

Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and this role has customer service at its core. The Coordinator is the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to our venue. It enables the flow of people through the space, while ensuring that all responsibilities are delivered with a high level of quality and timeliness.

What you will be doing

  • Being the welcoming face and key point of contact for all employees and visitors, promptly addressing their enquiries/requests and ensuring everyone has a positive experience with us.
  • Overseeing employee engagement activities, including events, activations, and initiatives that enhance our employee experience.
  • Proactively managing and monitoring the bookings for all external meeting rooms and anticipating the arrival of our People and/or visitors.
  • Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the external meeting rooms, Concierge and Lobby areas, by taking pride and having an eye for detail in our Workplace.
  • Managing the arrival of our New Starters on their first day with us.
  • Keeping safety at the forefront of actions within the Workplace.
  • Willing to learn the skills of a Barista to provide a coffee/beverage service for our external visitors.
