Job DescriptionAbout the role
The Customer Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager. The role is a dynamic and exciting role that owns, designs and drives the marketing strategy and engagement program for the current set of priorities be that OKRs or other key ANZ Priorities.
Whilst this role will be a point person for key stakeholders they will not always be the person planning or executing for those stakeholders. This role will own key pieces related to ANZ OKRs and priorities but will not be linked solely to one customer segment and hence remains flexible.
This role has a deep understanding of our customers needs and its primary focus is to develop an integrated marketing approach for key OKRs and business priorities in the ANZ region to help customers them through their career or hiring journey with the aim to strengthen overall customer engagement and deliver on SEEK’s brand vision across the marketplace.
The Team
The Customer Marketing team is responsible for the Customer Marketing & commercial engagement strategy across the SEEK ANZ business and has 10 team members.
QualificationsSkills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years Consumer marketing experience and marketing qualification
- Strong demonstrated customer management experience with the ability to produce solid segment plans
- Comprehensive & advanced understanding of all marketing channels and segments within Marketing and is known as a subject matter expert in their area of expertise
- Strong ability to visualise, articulate, conceptualise and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by drawing insights from available information.
- Previous experience leading people and a team.
- Have strong project management capability, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and keep everything moving in the right direction, and pivot when required (being mindful of flow-on impacts)
- Proven creative, strategic and critical thinking skills and execution of tasks in line with strategy, whilst contributing to strategic planning.
- Collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience effectively managing and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior, cross-department and external stakeholders.
- Excellent influencing and relationship management skills across varying levels of the organisation including senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Creativity and ‘hustle’ (challenge the norm to get things done quickly)
- Outcome-focused, with an eye for detail whilst demonstrating pride in the work you are doing.
- Strong proven ability and willingness to both think strategically and get stuck into execution
- Experience managing budgets
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to develop and adhere to a plan while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with an ability to develop strategies that are commercial minded, and to analyse and review data on cost and return on investment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities both internal and external, such as agencies.
