- Receiving, opening and sorting parcels with purchase, service and return orders and preparing them for processing,
- Reviewing, clarifying & processing purchase and service orders into ERP system (physical and electronic orders).
- Cooperation with other areas of Operations to resolve any queries regarding customer's orders.
- Supporting New Zealand Operations with order entry.
- Creation of credit notes - rebill corrections.
- Other duties as required by supervisor from time to time.
- HSC or equivalent.
- Further education in business or administration is desirable.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- High attention to detail and responsibility for performed actions.
- Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focused attitude.
- Initiative, sound judgement and maturity.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders with varied level of skill and expertise.
- Ability to effectively handle enquiries.
- Understanding of hearing care products and related accessories.
- Knowledge of ERP system processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Production role (desired).
