I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time, Customer Sales Support position for an award-winning speciality dairy food manufacturing company who are currently servicing Major Retailers and Food Service industries. The role of Customer Sales Support requires an attentive person who will care for the VIP customers and ensure they provide them with top service, making sure deliveries are made on time and in full.

Your new role
• Process all sales orders daily
• Reply to all customer enquiries via email or phone
• Prepare despatch paperwork
• Working with the production planning team.
• Organising logistics and liaising with the customer’s replenishment team for any changes.
• Process picking sheets
• Process invoices internally and onto customer portals
• Assist accounts receivable with any issues
• Making sure all despatch records are correctly completed and scanned
• Look after chep pallet account
What you'll need to succeed
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken
• MYOB EXO experience desired but not essential
• Fast Data Entry skills
• Excel
• Customer service
• Accounting background would be desired
