We currently have the perfect opportunity for a Customer Service person to join our dynamic sales team based in Berrinba, Brisbane with close access to the Logan Motorway interchange to M2 Gateway. You will be part of an excitingteam building relationships with a wide number of customers and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Be proactive and results driven with the ability to work independently
- A desire to learn and take on challenges
- Ability to prioritise customer needs for service excellence
Reporting to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Processing & updating customer orders, documentation and follow-ups
- Meeting KPI's and providing a high level of work standards
- Updating client & order information in our MIS
- Liaising with our sales teams to maintain and grow sales
- Follow up calls and communication to customers and enquiries
Excellent Working Conditions:
- Annual salary review
- Full time: 40 hour week
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
- Flexible work from home hours 2 days per week after probation period
