Customer Service / Admin Assistant - Entry Level

• Part-time temp hours - 9am to 2pm
• Located at Mount Louisa
  
• Temp from 25 March to 12 April (Monday to Friday)

  
We have an opportunity available where you can gain experience within a busy office environment to kick start your admin career!  This is perfect if you have proven Customer Service or admin experience (can be retail/hospitality or similar background etc) where you have the transferable skills but just need to be given the opportunity to prove yourself. 

This is a temp role starting Monday 25 March and taking you through to 12 April 2024.

All you need is the right attitude, outstanding Customer Service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems.  Full training will be provided!
  
 
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Take incoming calls and liaise with customers in relation to their requirements
• Maintain database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
• Document preparation (use of templates)
• Basic email correspondence
• Liaise with various internal and external contacts
• Ad hoc administrative tasks

 
The ideal candidate will have solid Customer Service experience in a fast paced and busy environment and have the following attributes:

• You have energy, drive and are love to help customers!
• Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
• We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or similar background wanting to take the leap into an office!
• Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email
• 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases
