Description
Provide sales and administrative support as required.
Key Responsibilities
a) Sales support:
i. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers / global FE team by using correct and appropriate tools/methods, viz: price lists, manuals, company website and network files.
ii. Facilitate sales transactions for global external customers / FE branches:
generate sales quotations incl accurate lead times.
receive/negotiate incoming purchase orders from clients.
generate order confirmations - updating/confirming production lead times.
update and maintain correct sales order Promised Dates as directed by Supply Chain.
process E1 sales orders to pick ticket level, incl creation of supporting Works Orders.
submission of final invoices to client.
generation and submission of monthly statements to clients.
iii. Input and processing of warranties and credit requests approved by Manufacturing Manager.
iv. Monitoring of customer credit balances to notify of stop supply at quotation stage.
v. Release credit / orders on hold as advised by Finance / ELT
b) Administrative support:
i. Support Finance with new customer reference checks.
ii. Support Finance by entering Supplier Invoices in E1.
iii. Filing and archiving of general office admin hard copies (POD's, GRV's, etc).
iv. Filing, archiving and maintenance of electronic document directories and archives.
v. Manage and procure office stationery, printer toners, etc.
vi. Compliance, procurement and management of staff PPE.
vii. Provide admin support as/when required by SHEQ person responsible (Warehouse Manager).
viii. Attend and take minutes at meetings as required.
ix. Managing travel bookings as required.
c) Other duties as may be directed by your supervisor.

f) Affinity with Microsoft Office suite and Oracle E1 advantageous.

h) Work in a clean and tidy manner.
