How will you contribute?
At SAE Group, we value our customers having the best experience from the start. This role plays an integral part of the business by getting each customers solar installed and turned on. A day in a life working with us at SAE will include, but not limited to:
- Working with a portfolio of customers to take them through their solar installation journey and keeping them updated throughout the process.
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries to provide valuable information to our customers.
- Utilising Salesforce system to maintain customer information and scheduling installations with customers.
- Responding to email and phone enquires using MS Outlook and 3CX phone system.
- Maintaining accurate data in our system
- Working with other areas of the business to ensure the customers experience to ensure they receive that feel good experience!
What are we looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within administration/Customer Service will be highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Be highly organised and have high attention to detail.
- Exhibit a positive attitude to working within a team to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Have an excellent phone manner, being highly personable and friendly yet professional at all times.
- A positive and can-do approach to the role.
- Ability to contribute to the team spirit through cooperation with others.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly in the MS Office Suite.
- Solar PV or Trade industry knowledge an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.
