Tri Nature has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team!
About the Role:
You will play a vital role in providing sales support to our valued customers. As an essential member of our team, your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi tasks will be crucial in contributing to the overall success of our family owned and run business.
As the Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all customers enquiries via phone and email.
- Processing all orders into SAP
- Customer record management
- Freight management
- Manage phone orders and credit card payments
- Process the weekly banking
- Complaint handling and problem solving
- Administration support to the Sales and Operations Manager
- Assist in Despatch department as required
- Contribute to marketing and promotional campaigns
- General administration tasks
About You:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with a positive and professional attitude
- Customer service focused.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy,
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong multi tasking skills with the ability to be flexible when required to handle changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous sales/administration experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude, with a genuine interest in contributing to the success of Tri Nature.
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Previous experience with SAP is considered an advantage
