We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will be 100% office based to join our close knit team between the hours of 11am - 4:30pm in Beaconsfield.
The ideal candidate will possess strongservice-oriented skills, ensuring the success of this pivotal role.
This position will initially commence on a part-time basis, with the potential for future transition to full-time employment.
What will you be doing?
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- General administration and Customer Service
- Monitoring incoming email address/s and delegate to team members
- Assist with invoicing
- Assist with scheduling in jobs
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Creating and updating procedures where necessary
- Assist the General Manager with Ad-hoc duties as requested
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent clear and friendly phone manner
- Be proficient using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Be proficient using Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using Uptick (Preferred but not necessary)
- Experience taking meeting minutes (Preferred but not necessary)
Requirements
- Own vehicle and license
- Have a current Working with Children's Check or be willing to undertake one
