Job description
Customer Service Administrator (Temporary with Potential for Permanency)
Position available with a plastic supplier in Somersby. They offer a variety of products from their warehouse with various customisations available to their clients. On average they receive between 10-20 enquiries per day regarding their products.
You will work within a small team (4 on site).
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone enquiries and monitoring sales inbox
Generating and sending quotes to customers in a timely manner
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Efficiently processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
Process invoices through XERO
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Suite)
Prior experience in Customer Service and administration
Duration:
