The Opportunity
Health in Mind is looking to employ a full-time or part-time Customer Service Administrator to join our expanding clinic in Nedlands.

What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Mature professional who has a solution focused mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as confidence to work autonomously
- Ability to work at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail
- Experience in a reception– ideally in the health sector would be preferable
- Available to work a flexible rotating roster, including late afternoons and an occasional Saturday morning shift.
