Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Family Therapists. Our beautiful modern clinic located in Nedlands are revolutionising how we support individuals every step of the way through their journey to better mental health under one roof.

The Opportunity

Health in Mind is looking to employ a full-time or part-time Customer Service Administrator to join our expanding clinic in Nedlands.

What we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Mature professional who has a solution focused mindset 
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as confidence to work autonomously 
• Ability to work at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail 
• Experience in a reception– ideally in the health sector would be preferable 
• Available to work a flexible rotating roster, including late afternoons and an occasional Saturday morning shift.
