About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work alongside a team to deliver world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call. This role will be predominately inbound call-based, emails & case management.

Key Details:
- Location: 10 Minutes’ Walk from Mascot Train Station
Full time – fixed term contract until December 30th 2022
Full Availability Required - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 8.30pm
2 weeks full-time paid training in the office
Hybrid working model after training
Successful applicants will be required to complete a standard online criminal history check (there is no charge to you)

You are reliable and dependable and flexible
You have a wonderful command of spoken and written English
